You can designate a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) liaison for your facility to receive notices and communications from your state’s Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) about its medical record review activity. You can change your facility’s designated QIO liaison at any time by notifying your state’s BFCC-QIO in writing. You can identify your state’s BFCC-QIO by referencing the BFCC-QIO listing below.
