  • Examine an ALWAYS EVENT best practice to identify what matters most” and ignite patient motivation.
  • Discuss the importance of health literate care and tools which support our ALWAYS events.
  • Identify specific strategies to hardwire best practices for the identification of what matters most to each and every patient, regardless of care providers, settings and time.
