Event Description:

The final 11th Scope of Work (SOW) National Learning & Action Network (LAN) Event, titled Celebrating Impact, Focusing on Collaboration, & Looking Ahead,” will highlight significant outcomes, outstanding innovations, and sustainability efforts that will carry on after this SOW. Join us as we celebrate the QIO Program and QIN-QIO accomplishments across tasks and healthcare providers. This final National LAN Event will feature CMS Leadership, QIN-QIOs, and a Patient Advisor and is intended to provide an opportunity for reflection and recognition of the progress made over the last five years.

Learning Objectives:

After participating in the event, learner will be able to:

  • Recognize successes and lessons learned from the CMS 11th SOW QIO Program and how participants contributed to the overall progress.
  • Understand data-driven and person-centered successes focused on innovative strategies across QIN-QIO task areas.
  • Identify sustainability strategies and interventions being applied across states and regions to take local action.

Outcome Statement:

The purpose of this session is to prepare healthcare quality improvement professionals to identify and implement effective healthcare strategies by exploring promising practices. This final contract event will provide an opportunity to showcase national results/​outcomes, feature successful strategies and interventions leading to those outcomes, and highlight specific opportunities for continued action and sustainability for providers and partners.

We expect that this experience will help participants demonstrate and promote successful delivery of care practices and identify opportunities for improvement, all of which may promote advances in care that impact the Medicare beneficiaries served by the work of the QIO Program.

Method of Participation:

There is no fee to participate in this activity. You must participate in the entire activity to receive credit. A statement of credit will be available upon completion of an online evaluation/​claimed credit form. The link to the online evaluation will be provided after completion of the activity.
