The COVID Mitigation Medal, produced by Comagine Health, recognizes vigilance and excellence in infection control and prevention efforts at long-term and post-acute care (LTPAC) Comagine Health wishes to recognize the excellent work centers in our six-state region of Idaho, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington are doing to keep residents, staff and the wider community safe by limiting the spread of COVID-19. The COVID Mitigation Medal is offered on a quarterly basis.
