Superior Health Quality Alliance, a Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) developed four visitation posters intended for nursing homes. The posters align with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Visitation COVID-19 Guidance and include recommendations for safe visitation if the nursing home is experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak and/or the community is experiencing a high COVID-19 transmission rate.
