This resource was developed by TMF Quality Innovation Network for health care providers to educate patients, residents, visitors and staff about local COVID-19 transmission rates. Each poster corresponds with the four color levels classified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Red (high), Orange (substantial), Yellow (moderate) and Blue (low).
