In collaboration with ombudsman and other partners in its four-state region, Health Quality Innovators created the, Take Aim at a Healthy New Year initiative to improve vaccination rates among nursing home residents and their families. Promotional materials for the initiative included:

• Two simple flyers explaining who needs the COVID booster and why
• A list of seven common questions about the COVID-19 bivalent booster and answers provided by a pharmacist
• COVID-19 vaccine encouragement email signatures and instructions
• Social media messaging
