The Great Plains Quality Innovation Network team developed these patient resources/tip sheets for opioids, anticoagulants, and diabetic medications. We are offering these tip sheets as an additional resource to help simplify the language around these top 3 high-risk medication classes that are leading to adverse drug events and serious life-threatening complications.
The end goal is to improve the safety of our patients. The hope is by partnering with the healthcare community to distribute these tip sheets we can minimize harm from these medications and save lives.
