This virtual networking session provides a safe space for Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing and Infection Preventionists to engage in a peer-to-peer discussion related to COVID-19 challenges, successes and raise questions for input from the group.
Objectives include:
- List three ways our bodies defend against viral infection
- Describe two ways the immune response to vaccine is different from infection
- State the role of boosters in extending immune protection
