ROADE Work Syllabus
The Eastern U.S. Quality Improvement Collaborative (HANYS Hospital Quality Improvement Contractor) developed a syllabus for its ROADE Work series, a comprehensive and strategic approach in the opioid adverse drug event initiative. The opioid programming is concentrated into a “sprint,” using rapid-cycle change principles in order to see a large impact in a short amount of time.
