The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) Roadmap to Success was created to help hospitals authentically engage patients and families as valued care partners, as well as to ensure that patients and families are at the center of care decisions and care is individualized to address the specific needs of patients.

Alliant Health Solutions, Iowa Healthcare Collaborative/Compass, IPRO and Telligen Hospital Quality Improvement Contractors (HQICs) created a virtual educational event to increase knowledge and awareness of health equity for HQIC hospital staff and HQIC quality improvement advisors, including quality and patient safety professionals.
