This Back to Baseline and Beyond series, provided by Superior Health Quality Alliance takes a closer look at the National Culturally and Linguistically Available Services (Standards) and how to integrate the standards into your organization. The National CLAS Standards are intended to advance health equity, improve quality and help eliminate health care disparities by establishing a blueprint for health and health care organizations. This webinar explores how to better serve diverse communities through culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS), with consideration to individual cultural health beliefs and practices, preferred languages, health-literacy levels and communication needs.   

This webinar is intended for any allied health professional, including physicians, nurses, social workers, health educators and community health workers with an interest in integrating the CLAS Standards into your organization.  The objectives for this webinar are as follows:
