Engaging Leadership in Health Equity

Achieving equitable care for all patients is a key priority for CMS. In this short, 30-minute presentation provided by Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG), hospitals will learn how to outline a business case to establish leadership support and engagement to integrate the following health equity. Objectives:

• Discuss the importance of engaged leadership in health equity.
• Review the HSAG HQIC business case for health equity.
• Identify the importance of leadership strategies integrating health equity throughout the organization.
