Mountain-Pacific Quality Health, the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming and the U.S. Pacific Territories of Guam and American Samoa, created a #KindnessRX campaign targeting clinics and providers. The campaign highlights health care organizations’ good work and supports culture change and positivity with the goal of improving vaccination in Wyoming. Videos feature volunteers sharing best practices for vaccine uptake and why they chose to get vaccinated. The videos avoid harsh words like “mandatory” or “required” and instead focus on gratitude, kindness and taking care of one another.
