The Nursing Home Leadership Roundtable is a virtual learning and networking series led by Superior Health Quality Alliance in support of nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, infection preventionists and others across Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Nursing home leaders learn about emerging regulatory and clinical guidance, share best practices and discuss nursing home priority issues. In this session, presenters will:
- Provide an overview of Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health) educational opportunities
- Describe Front Line Forces (FLF) modules and how to implement to front line team members
- Introduce Superior Health Connect and how to enroll and participate
- Demonstrate how to confer National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) rights to Superior Health and explain the benefits to conferring rights
