Opioid Utilization Dashboard

This dashboard was developed by IPRO QIN-QIO for IPRO for healthcare provider to help visualize prescribing rates within and across communities over time and can help focus efforts in geolocations in need of opioid related interventions.

IPRO QIN-QIO's publicly viewable Opioid Utilization Dashboard provides state and county level mapping of opioid utilization for the IPRO QIN-QIO region using Part D for six-month time period intervals by:

• Number of opioid prescriptions per 1,000 Medicare Fee for Service beneficiaries.
• Number of beneficiaries receiving opioid dose ranges per 1,000 beneficiaries stratified by morphine milligram equivalent (MME) ranges: ≥90 -119 MME, 120-239MME, and ≥240MME.
• Includes naloxone dispensing stratified by morphine milligram equivalent (MME) dosing ranges (goal: increase naloxone dispensing rates for MME greater than 50 daily).
• Benzodiazepine use per 1,000 beneficiaries prescribed opioids • Medications for opioid use disorder per 1,000 beneficiaries.
