As part of its rapid-cycle process improvement programs, the Eastern US Quality Improvement Collaborative (EQIC) updated its sepsis assessment tools that can be used by hospital administrators to compare current hospital processes and outcomes to evidence-based best practices. Hospital teams can create quality improvement plans based on the gaps identified in the tools.
