Rapid-Cycle Improvement Program Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Assessment

As part of its rapid-cycle improvement programs, Eastern US Quality Improvement Collaborative (EQIC), created new and updated assessment tools that can be used to compare current operations and outcomes in various harm areas to evidence-based best practices. From there, hospitals can create improvement plans based on the gaps identified in the tools.
