This toolkit was developed by IPRO Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO_ to help nursing homes stabilize their workforce. The toolkit highlights the five management practices associated with high retention, attendance and performance, and the core competencies needed to support these practices. It was featured in the Quality in Action blog article, New England Nursing Home Increases its Resident COVID-19 Booster Rate through Consistent Use of Turnkey Resources Developed by IPRO QIN-QIO.
