The Nursing Home Leadership Roundtable is a virtual learning and networking series supporting nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, infection preventionists and others across Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Nursing home leaders will learn about emerging regulatory and clinical guidance, share best practices and engage in discussion around nursing home priority issues.
This roundtable session goal is to:
- Challenge the status quo surrounding traditional nursing home practices
- Learn the importance of root cause analysis of incontinence before creating a plan
