This podcast was an interview with Tonya Barnett, who is a patient eager to share her story of the difficulties she has encountered while navigating the healthcare system. Tonya experiences chronic illness and disability and works a full-time job, which makes it very challenging for individuals to attend physician and other appointments. Tonya’s goal in coming on the podcast is to empower other individuals who have disabilities and chronic illness and also work full-time and to provide input for system transformation.
