The Nursing Home Leadership Roundtable is a virtual learning and networking series, hosted by Superior Health Quality Alliance, intended for nursing home administrators, directors of nursing and infection preventionists, but open to any interested nursing home staff. This series allows nursing home leaders to learn about emerging regulatory and clinical guidance, share best practices and engage in discussion around nursing home priority issues. This video recording provides didactic education followed by open discussion and Q&A on nursing-home related topics including:

  • Identify what are the National Culturally and Linguistically Available Services (CLAS) Standards
  • Examine why the National CLAS Standards are important
  • Discuss the alignment of health literacy and the National CLAS Standards
  • Explore different approaches to implement the National CLAS Standards within your organization
