This COVID-19 Therapeutics Action Plan was developed by IPRO QIN-QIO to help nursing homes optimize COVID-19 treatment. The plan includes a template with goals, resources and sample Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles to assist in the initiation of the plan. There is also a focus on antiviral start time, National Institutes of Health guideline adherence, monitoring and dosing. A REDCap data collection tool is available to assist with data collection and reporting.
